There may be times when you need to return a product purchased online. Our Returns and Refunds Policy is designed to help you with your return.
Change of mind / Switching products
If you wish to return or exchange goods because you have ordered the wrong items or have changed your mind, this can be done within a period of 7 days from the date of dispatch. In this case, the products must be unopened, unused and the packaging must be in new condition. To return products, please contact our customer service team via the Contact Us page. Please include your order number and personal details and we will assist you as soon as possible. Please note that if you are returning goods due to a wrong purchase or change of mind, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges for exchanged products may also apply.
Wrong or defective products
If you have received incorrect, damaged or defective items, please provide details (including photos) within 14 days of the date of purchase. We will verify whether you are eligible for a replacement with new products and provide relevant instructions. Please include your order number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request quickly.
Please note: We do not refund the cost of international shipping by Express service.
How to return products
If you need to return products, please contact Customer Service to find out how to send the damaged products back to us.
Always include your order number in the subject line as well as photos of the products you want to return.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable and insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please include as much detail as possible about the fault, as well as your order number and personal details. If you are eligible, we will provide you with a repair or replacement as soon as possible.
